Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Course Cancellation by BhashaBridge Institute: If BhashaBridge Institute cancels a course you have enrolled in, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that course.
  • Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you experience significant and persistent technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing the course materials or participating in live sessions, and these issues cannot be resolved by our technical support team within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the disruption and the portion of the course completed.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about taking the course after enrollment.
  • Lack of Attendance or Participation: If you do not attend live sessions or engage with the course materials.
  • Failure to Meet Personal Learning Goals: We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, and dissatisfaction with your progress is not grounds for a refund.
  • Technical Issues on Your End: Refunds will not be provided for technical issues that are attributable to your internet connection, computer hardware or software, or lack of required technical skills. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in our online courses.
  • Partial Completion of Course: Generally, refunds are not provided for partially completed courses.

3. Refund Request Process
